C'est vrai que ça fait un peu "Fisher-Price" mais l'ensemble reste homogène et réussit à mon goût

Je pense que Honda va tapper très fort avec cette nouvelle type R ! Au début, l'aileron me semblait vraiment too much mais au final, il est pas si mal intégré dans l'ensemble. L'intérieur est assez sympa et me rappel mon ancienne Mazda 3 MPS mais amélioré. Même les baquets sont agréables pour moi et mes kilos en trop. Joli coup !

A nouveau d'accord. Quelle réussite intérieure et extérieure !

Aggressive, apparement rapide, et intérieur vraiment sport et sympa. On entre même dedans à 4 sans peine.

J'ai hâte de la voir rouler et l'essayer, et je ne dois pas être le seul vu le monde qui l'entourait et s'y installait.

Ah, pour ma part, je trouve les sièges trop étroits au niveau de l'assise et que l'espace pour les jambes est insuffisant. Bref, pas prévue pour de grands gabarits

To celebrate the launch of the all-new Honda Civic Type R at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, Civic Type R fans and owners are invited to attend an unmissable race weekend at Germany’s famous Nürburgring – a circuit at which the new Type R recently set the lap record for a front-wheel drive hot hatch.

Honda is offering Type R owners and fans the opportunity to attend the historic ADAC Zurich 24-hour sports car race from 15-17 May, which will feature for the first time ever a round of the FIA WTCC, as part of a jam packed weekend of around-the-clock racing,

Held on the punishing 25 kilometre long combined Nordschleife and Grand Prix circuit, fans will cheer on Team Castrol Honda drivers Gabriele Tarquini and Tiago Monteiro as they vie for victory on one of racing’s most hallowed stretches of racetrack.

This one-of-a-kind event will allow Type R fans the opportunity to purchase a three-day package for €175 per person, which includes a VIP entrance ticket to the race with paddock access, camping accommodation in a souvenir tent, all food and drink throughout the weekend, a hands-on encounter with the new Civic Type R, a tour of the garage, and chance to meet the drivers at a special Q&A session. A lucky few will also be able to follow in their heroes' racing line by taking their Civic on a lap around the circuit before the 24 hour race gets under way.

Les premiers "essais" sortent gentiment avec les remarques qu'on pouvait attendre. Honda semble toujours produire les meilleures boîtes manuelles et l'agrément sportif de l'ensemble moteur / boite / position de conduite est toujours au top. Etonnament (ou bien heureusement), il semble que le turbo se la joue un peu "old school" en prenant assez haut. Le bruit, comme on pouvait l'attendre, ne sera plus jamais aussi exhaltant que celui de ses encêtres.

7'50'' sur le Nurb, j'avais pas tilté que c'est quand même mieux que qu'une Gallardo LP560-4(7'52"), CLK DTM AMG (7'53"), F430 F1 (7'55"), 360 Challenge Stradale F1 (7'56").
Surtout en pneus routes. Combien en semi-slicks ?

Les comparaisons de temps peuvent être hasardeuses. Ceux de Von Saurma et ceux de pilotes d'essai qui font un tour banzai peuvent différent considérablement. En plus la piste a évolué, peut-être en bien ou en mal selon les sections. Sortir les temps AMS d'une 360CS qui ont dû être réalisés il y a 10 ans et les comparer à un temps d'usine me parait audacieux.
