J'ai lu aujourd'hui sur les têtes de Piston que McLaren arrêtait définitivement la 12C.
Ils proposeront en outre des updates gratuites pour les mettre au niveau de la 650S.

I’ve owned a Lamborghini Aventador and Lamborghini LP560-4 for about 5 years combined now, so it’s fitting that I compare them. The McLaren’s stats are quite comparable to the Aventador (0-60 in 2.9 s and 10.6 quarter mile). The price and the mpg are quite a difference. A nicely optioned Aventador is around $430,000 while this one was only $340,000. The Aventador’s mpg is 13 combined compared to this one’s 24.
One of the bigger differences that I noticed was that the McLaren’s dual-clutch made shifting very unnoticeable. The Aventador kicks you in the back, each time it shifts.
Overall, the McLaren 650S is more fitting of a daily driver than the Aventador. I’d still choose the Aventador over the McLaren in terms of looks, though. But that’s just out of personal preference”.

Timing curieux, McLaren présente maintenant un concept de 650S MSO avec des modifications qui sont rendues disponibles en option sur 650S et 12C.
Le MSO 650S Coupe Concept est présenté en Agrigan Black, un noir métallisé avec des pigments rouge rubis donnant des effets prononcés sous le soleil. La voiture est équipée de nouveaux side blades et d'un nouveau bouclier. Les habillages en carbone héritent d'une finition satinée. S'y ajoutent des jantes noires et des baquets inspirés de la P1.
Le tarif des goodies:
- side blades £5,114
- diffuseur arrière: £7,245
