Schumacher to test F1 2007 again in Monza

Sources close to the Monza F1 track indicate that the Scuderia Ferrari has booked the circuit on Saturday August 29th 2009 to hold a session with test driver Luca Badoer and Michael Schumacher using the F1 2007, two weeks ahead of the italian Grand Prix.
Although the official reason is said to be the shooting of a promotional movie, the possibility of a return of Schumacher for the Italian Grand Prix cannot be excluded.
The announcement of a return of the seven times F1 world champion at the Europe GP in Valencia had created much anticipation, but had to be called off due to neck injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash a few months prior. While the Belgium Grand Prix in Spa Francorchamps and its fast, high G sweepers would bring too much strain on Schumacher's muscles, it is possible that the Monza track configuration is less demanding in that regard, in spite of its terrifying Parabolica corner.
